I find the internet to be an ever increasing mass of confusion. More and more sites everyday, and nobody can index them all. Search engines promise to keep improving, learning peoples individual tastes, but it seems that a major revamping is in order... shouldn't there be some way to put sites into detailed catagories, like neighborhoods, or shopping malls, possibly regional indexes. Wouldn't it make sense? What good is all the information, commerce, news, media, etc, etc, if it's not organized, factual or relevant? I don't care about car dealerships in other states. We need a way to allow educational sites to be submitted for factual accuracy. There could even be a red light district. What do you think?

when you create a website, you usually enter it in indexes who will allow you to enter your site only if it's relevant to the kind of sites they list...

The info you're looking for can be out there easily if webmasters enter enough information in their webpages : not always the case since amateurs start to make websites, now...

What I mean is: no need to change the "web", you ONLY have to change webmasters habits (yes, that's a big "only")
