Hi, this problem is from a ms security update KB931768 that was delivered to you courtesy of Microsoft Updates . Some people have had luck removing just this update from "add remove programs". I restored my pc to a time before this update was auto installed. There have been several work arounds, check the links below. Just remember if ms auto updates is turned on, you will have the same problem when it downloads again
