You will have to get an anti-virus/spyware software and run a scan on your system. There's no manual fix for this. You will have to do a scan of your system with the appropriate software.

To get into Safe Mode Reboot and press F8 repeatedly. When the next screen comes up choose the correct mode, either Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking.
