Wtat is the difference between IE Favorites and Yahoo book Marks?windows 2000

Yahoo bookmarks get saved on http://bookmarks.yahoo.com and you can access them from any computer that has access to the Internet and a browser. IE favorites are saved to the local machine and are only accessible from that machine unless you export them and import them on another machine.
