You can use Live one care by Microsoft, or download AdAware to get rid of the virus and that. Other than that you can go into remove applications and take out the stuff you don't want.|||1st;

go get your update to IE 7.

2nd, there are programs on the computer to help a bit. not a total cure but it helps.

go to Start/ go to control panel, go to internet options, go to browsing history and it asks for your input,....choose settings or start deleting.
