How can I get the IE icon back into my desktop?internet explorer internet explorer

Right click on INTERNET EXPLORER in your list of Programs.

Choose "Create Shortcut". If it gives you a choice as to where to place the shortcut, choose DESKTOP. If it creates a shortcut right there, then simply "copy and paste" the shortcut to your desktop.
