Web cam brand for Windows live messenger?

I have a General Electric webcam (I bought it at target) and I want to buy another one to chat on Windows Live Meesenger. Which brand would you recommend me? I want a clear image. Are Microsot lifecams good?

My other question is: Should I need to uninstall the GE webcam driver before instlling another webcam?

Make sure when you buy a webcam that you get one with the highest resolution...Cheap cams aren't worth buying if its quality you want...

Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 is probably one of the best at the moment...
