hello,i am using windows xp home edition.my mate has just gone over to vista and since doing so we cant use our windows live messengers,some times it works but mostly it keeps failing.can anyone help please

Same thing happened with me.

I had to roll back my version of messenger until microsoft get their finger out

Use Windows Live Messenger V8.0 (build 8.0.0812.00) and that should work.
