Need help with webcam viewing of Messenger and windows live?

My wife and family have PC's with Windows live. I want to

view each others Webcam. I have Windows messenger. I can't view their cams and they can't view my cam...help

I can access my web cam MYSELF, but I cant share it with anyone on Yahoo Messenger and they cant share thiers with me!!!!
