The software installation window will not come up nor does the yellow bar with edit options.

just download firefox from www.download.com

the newest version is 2.0.0.3 and i got mine from download.com

try to go to CONTROLL PANELL > ADD / REMOVE PROGRAMS and then find the IE on the list. Click CHANGE and it should fix wahtever is wront with your IE
