I am able to access other secure sites including my banks,but for the 'SDN' site it always says 'page cannot be displayed'. I shut down the pop up blocker, zone alarm and even the anti virus but in vain. My IE is 6.0 sp2 and 128 bit encryptions running on Win XP pro. I even installed firefox on the system but it still does not open the site. I am missing something?

Well, before I read the whole question I was like, dude, install firefox! Iwas more intrigued when I saw that you had and it didn't open. So I copied the url from your question hit Ctrl - T on my firefox and pasted it in. Went there directly. So why can't you? Could your ISP be blocking this? Do you have some other security software? (Try surfing from safe mode). Could they be be blocking your IP address for some reason? Curious. Sorry I can't help but my firefox version 2.0.0.2 on Linux OpenSUSE isn't having a problem. Hope you can figure it out. Good luck.|||take away the s from https and it works
