Go to start > control panel > add or remove programs > scroll down to Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and remove it. This will revert your system back to IE6. Good Luck HTH.

There are so many ways to change (uninstall & install) you will feel happy for that till you try to connect internet sites, your misery will again start from where you left IE7. You will have to format your primary partiyion & reinstall WIN XP which you were using. No where you said what operating system you use but I knew from your words itself.|||don't.. use firefox instead|||I had the same problem and nothing I tried worked so I contacted Windows tech help and they told me what to do and if I still had a problem to contact them again. It worked.
