I'm in Add/Remove Programs trying to get WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007 off of my computer .. its not working!

I'm also finding some programs i rarely use ... can i delete them?

If your not sure, please dont answer, i dont want to delete anything i need.

Can i delete these:

Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB928366)

Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB925672)

MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB927978)

Windows Installer 3.1 (KB893803)

Can i remove any of those? What are they?

Can you please describe more? Post details and I'll answer with more detail.

Sometimes you just can't get a program to leave. In that case, just go to Start>Run and type in the box "C:\Program Files" (without quotes) and hit ENTER. Find the folder called WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007 and right-click it, then choose DELETE. Press the YES button in the window that appears. Then re-start your computer, go to www.ccleaner.com, and download CCleaner (AKA Crap Cleaner). Install it (don't worry, if you don't want this, you can get rid of it pronto) and run it. It will clean out the bad registry entry made by WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007.
