I currently have a account, and I'm trying to contact somebody in a foreign country, although, the person does not have a windows live messenger account and has another web site account.
Can I still connect with them using their different email???
If yes, how?

the easiest way around it would be for your friend to open a hot mail or a yahoo account so that when you use messenger you can use all the functions.
Have you tried ''add a contact'' and filled his email address in and sent him an invitation to join??
