i dont even know why it all of a sudden started logging in automatically. i never even use it, i use the windows live messenger. (windows messenger is the old one with no display pictures, that comes with your pc). can anybody tell me where i can disable this option?

go to tools > options > preferances

then UNcheck the two options :

-run this program when windows start

-allow this program to run in the background
