If your at work or school, there is no reason for you to be using it. If you do succeed in circumventing their rules you may get all your computer privileges taken, or fired.
Wait until you can afford to buy your own computer and pay for your own Internet service.
Until that day comes you will simply have to play by the rules of the person who actually OWNS the machine and pays for the Internet service!|||No chance, since administrator himself has blocked.
