Which one is a better platform for creating web sites- Mozilla Composer or Microsoft Frontpage?

I am trying to learn how to create a web site. I borrowed 2 books from the library; one uses Mozilla Firefox; it was published in 2006 and the other uses Microsoft Frontpage. I have seen many forums saying Microsoft Frontpage is not good to use but I am not very good at computers or programming. I have tried it out; it seems simple enough. The other Mozilla Composer is OK although I have come across a site saying that Mozilla is no longer supporting the Mozilla Suite project and there are vulnerabilities associated with browsing and that one should upgrade to Firefox. I use Firefox already and love it as a browser. I don't plan to use Mozilla for browsing, just for designing a web site. What should I do? Does Firefox have its own web designing add-on or extension? Thanks a lot.

The best that your asking depends on you. What matters is on how you make a design. Mozilla of Frontpage doesn't matter, it matters on your design. You can even use a notepad to create a great design.

There are so many softwares that will support a web development and those softwares will depend on you. It depends on how you make the design. So it's not on the software but it's on your design.
