my comp crashed, so, in trying to reload windows, i come acroos while its setting up a window that says "the file 'asms' on windows xp service pack 1 is needed" then it ask for me to type in the file path.
well, i looked at microsoft support and i follow everything and it is still a no go, it seems like the cdrom and the comp are not talking.
what to do?
