I click on the document and it checks for viruses before downloading. Starts to download and then I get this message-Microsoft works cannot open the document because it is in use, can't be supported by installed converters or file is corrupt. This document came from my computer files originally that I sent to him. He made changes and sent it back and now I can't open it to read it. Arrrrrgh! So frustrating! I hope someone out there can help.
