when i try and open outlook express a msg comes up sayin (outlook express cannot be started.The application was unable to open the oulook express msg store.Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full.Contact microsoft support for further assistance.(0x800c012e,5).Then when i click ok,the msg (outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized.outlook express may not be installed properly..I went to support but do not no where to get help,,my system is windows xp,and i use IE..can some one plzz help,thankyou,and a happy christmas to you all..

You could also try to reinstall OE if your have the CD for it or a CD with it on there and try from that and to remove it go to the add/remove programs in the control panel. If you can do any of those you could try to download mozilla thunderbird which is similar to it.

go to add/remove programs, click on windows components.....uncheck Outlook Express....click through.....reboot....go back to add/remove....windows components...and recheck Outlook Express and click through.

Also check the program access and defaults and make sure that you have outlook available there.|||Do a system restore to a time when it was working.
