when i log on to my computer i get a box that pops up it says microsoft visual C++ runtime library error up the top and in the box it says.... runtime error!

program C:/windows/explorer.exe

this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

please contact the applications supports team for more information......

Try using system restore first.

1.Start computer in safe mode with networking capability

2. (HOLD F8 while computer is starting up)

3. Go to you internet explorer

4. Go to Tools

5.Go to Mananage Add-Ons

6.Disable ALL of the add ons (You have to toggle between the two options in the drop down box)

7.Once ALL are disabled, delete your cookies (Tools - Internet Options).
