I have installed a new copy of windows XP on my PC. All programs are run on my PC very well but help & support file are not runing may be it was missed or currupt. I had try for this issue with microsoft website but I cannot find any solution of this issue. Therefore it is to requested kindly advise me how can i solve this problem. How can I restore this file from windows XP cd. How can I install this file helpctr.exe from the cd on my pc. Regards

Try using Firefox instead of Internet Explore(for the net problem)

Just stick the disk in and you'll get a menu up
