I'm using a windows XP Professional edition.

I'd like to restrict certain users from using certain programs.

I've read the microsoft support page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323525

However, applying these settings affect all users, including the administrator. How do I restrict these policies to some users only so that the administrator don't get restricted too?
