I have called microsoft support numerous times dealing with repairs and warranty problem but i have been hung up on nearly every call. im to the point where in sick and tired of microsofts lack of help and work ethics. usually im calm and not very agitated with support but when i sent my previous xbox360 in for repairs, i got a replacement that barely functions. im nearly to the point where ill go to the press with my problems and help people from being sucked into microsofts scam. any helpful ideas?

i was on hold on the phone for almost an hour so i hung up(i had the 3 red lights of death on my 360 HALO 3 killed it!)

if you decide to go to the press email me and ill try to help you because they should make sure their products work properly and give good support ....microsofts annoying sometimes

(i dont play my 360 anymore it broke two months ago)(didnt even get to play halo 3 :()
