I would like to be able to use my laptop to print to my printer at home. My laptop is joined to the domain at work. It would be handy to be able to print on the printer at home (connected to a PC on my home network. My home network is a workgroup environment.

I have not succeeded when following Microsoft's suggested solution, here:

Has anyone found a way to successfully accomplish this?

Note: I am connecting to my home network through a wireless router. I can get an internet connection without a problem.

If the printer is a workgroup that you can add (a domain that can be added) then you should be able to see it. Make sure your share settings for the printer are enabled in the printer icon in control panel.
