Maybe you have an old computer with not enough RAM. If this is the case it is easy to add more RAM.

If you are running Window XP:

Go to control panel and then system to see how much RAM you have. If you have less than 512mb then that is your problem. Even if you have 512mb this is bare minimum and you would be wise to upgrade.
