I have a Kodak EasyShare C653 and I cannot put the videos I make on it, in Windows Movie Maker. Is there anything I can do to change that?

That shouldn't have happened to you.. But, since you're dealing with video.. you can try downloading and installing Divx codecs. from http://divx.com and see if that helps.
