I'm back with this question again but now i've sent the file to a mac so i'm just wondering is there any converter for the mac to do the trick. I've already tried everything in windows movie maker but nothing will work cause it's a video from youtube and you need original files.

have you tryed dragging the movie to the timeline then going to file and save movie as, or publish, there you can shrink resize ect and it saves it as wmv that will go on youtube.
