i had to do a system recovery. now i try to load windows messenger and it wont work.i keep getting a messege saying windows xp is unsupported, can anyone help?

I am sure you have windows xp CD with you. Go to set program access & defaults,click on 'add/remove windows components'

Insert your XP CD in your CD ROM drive, select 'windows messenger' & run the installation.

If you are not sure,take help from a computer expert.
