when i tried to open windows live messenger it came up with a messeage saying" your computer can not locate the WINHTTP to open this program" so i went on the internet looking to download it and i have downloaded it, but i don't know where tom put it, can you help me!

I found my WINHTTP in : C:\windows\system32

But seems like you need to do run a command to get that to work. See the link below.
