Move outlook microsoft express info from one computer to another?windows xp sp2

Go to:

c: drive>documents & settings>double click on your profile name>click on Tools>Folder options>click the View tab>click the show hidden files & folders button>click on Application data>click on Microsoft folder>copy the Outlook folder to another partition or HDD.

Then follow the above steps again & insert the Outlook folder in the same place.
