ATT customer rep had me un-install Internet Explorer 7 as my outlook was sending duplicate e-mails as well as it kept synchronizing. She told me Internet Explorer 7 is for Windows Vista, not for XP. Can someone please help me as I liked Internet Explorer 7?

Internet Explorer 7 is definitely compatible with Outlook 2003. I know because I use this combination myself. Do you have an antivirus program installed? It's possible that the program uses an Outlook plugin to scan for attachments before sending your email. If the plugin (my guess would be Norton) is buggy, it may cause the email to be sent out twice. Contact your antivirus provider and ask them if this is an existing bug. Good Luck!
