No, you would have to buy it. However, in Vista "Windows Mail" is surprisingly good and have a good junk mail filter. Have a go at using that and if you like it, carry on with that. Those are for the latest 2007 editions. However, please be aware that 2007 is way different from the old versions. Office XP and 2003 also work in Vista (Which is what I use) so you should be able to pick them up for a reasonable price.
