Its new, so its going to have problems. To look at your mail, use MSN , and Windows live mail work well there. You may also, need to synchronize, if you have been off the Internet for a while. It will act real slow, put up some pop ups, then it will work better. Its still works a lot better than anything else for free.

Ya I have Live messenger but it has been working properly. Some of the ways to find what is wrong is go to Tools --->Connection --->Trouble Shoot ----> Start.

This will find out why your messenger is not connecting.

If you want to see if the problem is with MSN itself click on the service status button on the bottom and it will show the service status.
