The difference between MSN Messenger 7.5 for Windows and Windows Live Messenger 8.0 and ...?
Hi I've decided to use one of the messenger softwares made by Microsoft but I don't know which one to choose. My PC has come with Windows Messenger 4.7 but after logging on to microsoft web site to day, I saw other applications like MSN Messenger 7.5 for Windows or Windows Live Messenger 8.0.
Also what is the difference between MSN messenger and Windows messenger.

Plus Windows Live Messenger 8 has added features such as you can talk to people who use Yahoo Messenger. If you have friends on Yahoo Messenger I'd get that if I was you.

i think windows live messenger is better than any one of em|||msn 8 is just the newer version, it has all the same features as 7.5 but with just a little more. My advice go with the newer version becuase it has less problems and will run alot better.|||windows messenger is built in messenger in windows is normal and doesn't have advance feature like msn messenger does i mean not Emoticons and Winks and others...
msn messenger is best to use and Windows Live messenger is upgraded Version of Msn messenger (dont go on name) soon Hotmail will also change into windows Live mail. Microsoft is entering in "Live Era" - Compare Msn messenger 7.5 and windows live messenger 8.0 with Win 98 and Xp respectively.
means - Windows live messenger is very good lots of additional feature + completly new look and highly custommizable and added security
