Yes, you can. u go to Tools-> Option ->Privacy, remove all blocked list user. Have a try. Good luck!

Tools > Options > Messages

in the MSN window which shows your contacts, you will see a list of people you have blocked and can remove them from that list!|||When you log into your messenger. On top of the box with all the names of your contacts click on contacts ( between file and actions . Delete a contact , shows them even if they are blocked just delete them .|||yes it is possible... ...click the small down arrow to the left of your

minimize button. Click on options and then on the privacy section. This area shows your contacts on the left window and the blocked contacts on the right window. Click on any blocked contact and click "allow".|||YEA U CAN CLICK ON THEIR NAME IT WILL SAY unblock contact or delete contact. U dont have to change ur address.
