it keeps on saying patch could not be verified and now i cant uninstall it asnd reinstall it gaian what should i do i want the latest version but i cant get any as this problem

go to msn.com and download the new one. it'll work fine, don't need to uninstall other. it'll detect it, and if it asks you, tell it to "repair".
