before i start. this question relates to things that answers are only relevant to in britain. its nothing personal...okay...my xbox 360 is scratching my discs. its scratched three games. which is about ￡120 worth. which is a lot of money. so i waas wondering...should i return it to blockbuster and ask for a refund, and will they replace the games, or should i send it off to microsoft and live without the games? and how long will microsoft take, and how reliable is it, this is my second x360 as my last one had the ring of death, i sent it to microsoft, it took the 3 months to send it back and even then it broke again. so can someone tell me which is the best option.

Try Blockbusters first (if you still have the receipt) then if that doesn't work out - send it off to Microsoft. They should fix it and sort out your games discs, but they will take time (as you know) to return your Xbox 360.

I haven't had any problems wit my Xbox 360, but it's an Elite which uses a DVD drive that isn't one of the offending ones.
