i tried alot of ways to fix this problem,

changing system locale language make me hav to restart, then unable to restart, and hav to restore my system.

microsoft.com dun hav chinese LIP to download, stupid website, click on asian region, no CHINESE language to download? but others hav?

then tried to use applocale to traslate, but it only works for windows xp not vista...

anyone hav other ways to fix this problem of not able to read chinese texts?
