I have a problem with install BDC on win 2000 server and join it to PDC win 2000/2003 server.The Error message is :The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted . and microsoft solution in :http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283133 does not solve problem.

I'll assume that you are using the correct domain name, so take a look at your DNS entry in Network connection properties. Make sure it is the IP address for your PDC. This should fix problem.
