so i got the windows/system32/config/system error and i don't have an xp boot disk. i have been searching around the internet and found this link:

but there are a few problems. first off, my messed up computer runs off "windows xp media center edition", so am i supposed to use windows xp professional boot disks?

and secondly, my computer doesn't have the ability to run floppy disks, so i need to download the boot disk info on a cd/dvd. how do i do this?

You need to get a hold of a disk of your operating system, you should be able to order one for your computer, through the manufacture. That is what we did with my sisters HP computer.
