It says Security Update for Microsoft XML 4.0 Service Pack 2. I already installed it 15 times, and the message keeps showing up.

Yeah, Windows sucks. I've been working on PC's for over 10 years and this is typical. Just ignore it. Eventually it will go away...most likely with the next update for XML.
