i really need help with my 3d driver.

i have a 2006 inspiron 9400 and i have the latest directx driver

but when i go to run and search for dxdiag i look in the display tab and it says that 3d is not available and directdraw neither

i don't know what to do i've downloaded the latest version of directx from microsoft.com like 10 times and if i want to uninstall it i don't know where to go

please people i know you are smart enough to help me.
