Try this........After getting off the net....Right click the internet explorer icon...select properties....delete cookies..files...history

Click start meu click search ...all file folders....search for user data..right click folder...explore...delete contents..

Also if you can find.... Disk cleanup run it...there's a ton more but that should help..
