I'll start from the beginning. I was listening to my music one day when all of a sudden it said "item is missing or can't be played" it was doing this to all the music I had. So then I went to this site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928650. Then I removed all the songs on my zune. Then when i go back to sync them its says "Skipped item". Then I click to see whats wrong and all I get is this

I have a 30GB zune, I've had for about a month and I really need help!

I change the name of my zune then I changed it back because maybe that did something.

Did you get the music using a Zune Pass? If you did then is it now expired? That would be one explanation. Did you delete the music from your computer?

Check to make sure the item is still on your computer and your Zune program. Can you still play it on your computer? Do you see a yellow exlamation point next to them in the Zune program. If you do then there is a problem with the program finding it on your computer. If you did not get them with a Zund pass or other subscription service and it works on the computer then try these two things.

First back up all of your media files to folders that Zune does not monitor-videos, music, pictures, and podcast. Connect your Zune and open the Zune program. Click on Erase All Content. Put the backed up folders back in place and resync your Zune.
