evertime i try to open any internet programs i get sent here. I went to a computer place and they said it was a hijacker well i got 2 or 3 programs and tried them but like hijacker 2.0.2 and it shows it but won't delete it... how can i get rid of this...

I don't know where you are seeing this registry entry or why you think you're infected with some malware...

from the looks of that link it appears to be a valid microsoft link that redirects to msn.com another valid microsoft link.

Most likely you have misconfigured something on your computer and / or one of the crapware programs you've installed has done so.

All you need for proper security is a good security suite from a reliable vendor like mcafee or norton... not that freeware crap... and as long as its properly configured, kept up to date, and you windows updates are kept updated... you will be fine as long as you use them with safe browsing habits and common sense...
