Hi, there seems to be something wrong with my internet. Whenever i try to access Livejournal or certain websites, i keep getting
"403 Forbidden
The following error occurred: Access denied by access control list. Could not open error file"
I've been using this (http://www.primaryproxy.com/) website to work around it so far but this is really getting on my nerves. So I surfed the net for more info and came across this site. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316699) It basically states that my ISP is damaged.
Any ideas on how am I supposed to go about repairing it? Also, any ideas on how the damage occured? My internet was working fine and suddenly this happened. =<
