i accepted the update and restarted. but the new screen came up. i can still look at sites, but i cant follow any links on the pages. i also cant sign in to my uni. help me please

Just a hunch, but go into Control Panel> Default Programs and make sure IE is the default program and that all it's defaults are checked.

Get Firefox.|||Go Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove programs and scroll down to the latest update for IE, click it to select and click Remove. Then restart the PC.
