I'm subscribed to yahoo launchast plus, and after one hour or two hearing my songs in the pop-up window my IE6 crashes on module on iexplore.exe offset 083b364b

Is this a recurring problem, or does it happen rarely?

If it happens too often to put up with, first try deleting your Temporary Internet Files and your Yahoo Music & Launchcast cookies. This may not solve the problem, but it's easy to do.

The next thing I would try is to reinstall your IE 6, or if you feel like upgrading to IE 7, you could try that.

Alternately, as a workaround instead of an attempt at a fix, you could listen through Yahoo Messenger. You might not receive an error through Messenger.

PS- You are correct that you must use IE to listen to Launchcast in a browser. Firefox may be a superior browser, but the other answerer obviously hasn't tried using it on Launchcast, because it doesn't work.

Yep, happens to me all the time. That is why I switched to Firefox. It turns out to be the better browser in almost every case and it is much better on security than IE, so I suggest a change.
