No Problem! I have both on my laptop and use both sometimes at the same time - (the auto refresh add-on for firefox is very useful for some on-line games that I play.) However both will compete to be your default browser and windows/microsoft update won't work with anything but IE so I left IE as default and start firefox when I need/want it.
